General description

LYAR, also known as Ly1 antibody reactive clone, has been found to regulate the intracellular strength that is stimulated by both T and B cell antigen receptors. It is essential for immune tolerance and certain changes to its function could stimulate the development of autoreactivity. LYAR is important in the immunological synapse and functions to inhibit the T cell response. LYAR is highly expressed in indifferentiated embryonic stem cells and may be important in maintaining the stem cell identity.

GST-tagged recombinant protein corresponding to mouse LYAR.

Quality

Evaluated by Western Blot in mouse embryonic stem cell lysate.

Western Blot Analysis: A 1:1,000 dilution of this antibody detected LYAR in 10 µg of mouse embryonic stem cell lysate.
